Project evaluation.

Overall, I believe that my project has been completed with a considerable degree of success. I have managed to find an original idea that would distinguish my work from others. Also, I have not encountered any significant problems during throughout the cycle of the creation of the project. I am not sure whether my product has satisfied the aesthetic requirements that it should have satisfied, although I believe that the strings are the element which have unexpectedly changed my work by making it very chaotic in the general composition.

The first phase of the creation of the project was the investigation phase. During this period, we have investigated what is the type of work we are going to create and how it is going to be made. We have also reviewed several works by renowned artists in the genre in order to gain an inspiration.

In second order, I needed to find out what was I going to place on work and what could it represent from my persona - this was the theme of the project. I have decided that the use of guitar strings on my work would be a good idea, since this is one of my hobbies that can be easily transponded to and represented in my work.

Then I have moved on to the creation of the main project, which was now fairly easy after all of the preparations made beforehand. To setup the main colour scheme of the product, I have decided to use violet material, which would go together well with the silver glare of the strings that were to be included in the composition. Then, I have also included creased paper and a rubber glove in order to simply make the composition more interesting and add texture to it.

In my view, the project was quite interesting, since it allowed me to symbolically represent things on paper. Also, it did not require any exceptional manual skills in order to achieve the desired effect, which was a considerable advantage from my standpoint.

The completed product - a collage.

I have now completed my collage and I am attaching pictures of the finished work. I have used various materials during its creation. It was mainly paper and rubber glued to the sheet of paper, although I have also used guitar strings, which I have attached to the paper with a strong glue. This was perhaps the most challenging part of the creation process, since the strings were not particularly cooperative and I needed to hold them in place in order for the glue to stiffen.
